Please read this review! When I started my appointments at Smile dentistry everything started well everyone was kind and very helpful including Dr Paul. I've been going there for cleanings and other work that I needed for my teeth. Then I stopped going because there was alot going on and money was tight for a bit. Regardless I went back bc the crown I have was lose. It was a crown he had put on for me a while back. I know they are only temporary a year tops before they get loose. Is what he explained to me. They had given me the bill for getting something permanent but unfortunately I can't afford it yet. So I've been having to choose to just fixing the crown when it falls or gets loose. This was my second time going to get it fixed bc it got loose. So they scheduled me for 430pm I went and Dr paul asked me what is the problem. So I told him that my tooth was loose so he said okay let me check to see what's going on. As he is doing what he is doing with his tools on my tooth. He tells me it's not loose. Keep in mind its my mouth my tooth I know what it feels like when something is loose in there. He tells me there is nothing loose. So I proceed to explain to him that it is respect

I have been a happy customer for several years. Dr. Paul is such a wonderful dentist. He takes time to explain everything you need to know about your treatment. He is professional and respectful. I absolutely love his new dental assistant. She is from the Philippines. She is gentle, kind, and friendly.

Dr. Paul has done amazing work on me and a couple other family members over the years and it’s stood the test of time. Several years back, I had to go to a different dentist for insurance purposes and was told I needed a root canal. I held off and when I started back to Dr. Paul not too long ago he told me that I did not need a root canal so I was very thankful For his honesty work ethic professionalism and saving me quite a bit of money from a big family owned Dentist office in town! The staff is top notch!

Dr. John Paul and staff are always so helpful and supportive. They’re a great team! My whole family sees Dr. Paul, he greets you with a smile and guides you through everything he is doing. No surprises! Very courteous staff and comfortable environment.
